Accessible yoga is an inclusive approach that recognises every body as unique. Postures are thoughtfully adapted to meet individual needs ensuring that yoga is welcoming, safe, and available to everyone with Sheila, our tutor of 20+ years experience.
Classes will focus on building a practice to help transition from the restful, inward energy of winter to the active, vibrant energy of spring; Breathwork (Pranayama) and poses (Asana) to support outward, expansive movements followed by mediation/visualisation for renewal, enhancement and growth. A blissful spring experience for feeling vibrant and revitalized.
